The Annual General Meeting (AGM/RUPS) Update Webinar, organized by Indoned Consultancy on 12–13 June 2026, was designed to provide foreign and domestic companies operating in Indonesia with the latest insights into corporate governance and compliance requirements. As Indonesia’s regulatory environment continues to evolve, it is increasingly important for company directors, shareholders, and corporate secretarial teams to understand their obligations and ensure that annual corporate actions are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations.
During the webinar, our experts discussed key updates related to Annual General Meetings (AGM/RUPS), including statutory requirements, shareholder resolutions, reporting obligations, and common compliance challenges faced by PMA companies. Participants also gained practical guidance on how to prepare for AGM implementation, maintain proper corporate records, and align their governance practices with current Indonesian regulatory expectations.
We would like to thank all participants who attended and contributed to the success of this event. To support ongoing learning and compliance efforts, the webinar presentation materials and session recordings have been made available for download. We hope these resources will help companies strengthen their corporate governance practices and remain fully compliant with Indonesia’s corporate regulations.
